I have been receiving services from Beth for about 6 months. She has treated the acne on my face and removing the hair on my upper lip with laser hair removal! The acne on my face has disappeared! And my upper lip is almost gone, they promise 70-90% of hair reduction! I have so much more confidence because of Beth and New Face New Body! I love them. I was 5 minutes late to a spa in the area for Brazalian, the weather was bad, and I called and they told me to come on in. When I got there the wouldn't see me! I heard about New Face, New Body! I called they told me to come in! Not only was my wait a mere five minutes, but it was more than 60% less than what I originally pay. My technician was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I LOVE this place so much. They did the best eyebrow waxing in town but a year ago I moved too far away to get there as often as I wanted. After about a year of not being able to drive back to MI, I returned about 2 months ago for a brazilian and eyebrow wax. To my surprise they told me that they don't do eyebrows for religious reasons. I just went to their website and it is clearly marked as a service that is still available. What gives? From the time I walked into the shop the staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer my boat load of questions that I had because it was my first time going there. I got a waxing treatment done, and they were very professional and very caring about my level of comfort. I would strongly suggest going here to anyone! I know that I will not even venture out to try new things, I will be going back here. Not to mention, great staff, perfect (easy to locate) location, and affordable prices. This has been my go to waxing salon for the past 10 YEARS. Last winter I decided after years of waxing I was going to have laser hair removal done. Let me just say that this summer has been wonderful. My bikini area was hair free! No ugly razor bumps, no "Oh my gosh I've got to get in for a waxing today." I'm so pleased that I started my laser removal in September. If you need any kind of waxing you really should go see them. Each of the ladies are wonderful, quick, effecient, professional and CLEAN. While the waxing is fab, Laser is where it's at. Seriously, this is the one area where I'm glad I spent my money. Worth every penny!
