• “ I originally sought out New Face New Body back in July of 2010 because the prices for waxing in my area (ann arbor) are ridiculous. My first experience was as great and my last. I have been going back regularly every 4 weeks for my brazilian wax. I have heard great things about all of the staff. However, Raina (sp?) is my preference. Not only does the staff make you feel comfortable but they are very friendly. I have recently started getting laser hair removal here and I think that it is fantastic. I have never had a problem with their sanitation. They always wear gloves and do not double dip they waxing sticks in their wax. They also change the paper between each client. They are quick and efficient. I have had brazilians elsewhere that will take 45 minutes or even longer to finish. Not here though! They are well practiced at their craft and will have you in, fully waxed, and out in no time. One of the biggest advantages is that their technique plus their waxing products make for a near painless wax. I have gone to several different places throughout my years of waxing and this is by the the MOST PAINLESS wax that I have expereinced. You cannot be waxing at New Face New Body ”

• “ Very pleased! I should have went sooner! I had a brazilian wax done and I am very happy with my results. It was not nearly as akward as I thought it would be! Fatimah did my wax and she was very friendly and very fast. It was $35 for the first time and it's $25 after that. They accept credit cards and you can add a tip, which is nice! I drove about a half hour from Dearborn and it was worth it. I'll be returning in four weeks! *I'm not sure why the lady who wrote "Left Dissatisfied" had such a bad experience. My experience was total opposite. And they DO have liscenses displayed in the lobby, framed, on a shelf, which is typically where the display liscences in spas and salons. ”

• “ I work at a salon and my co-workers started telling me where they go to get their waxing done. (It can be uncomfortable having a co-worker give u a brazilian.) I am hooked on New Face and tell all of my friends. I decided to try the laser hair removal on my underarms and brazilian. I am soooo happy I did. After only four treatments, the results are amazing!! Everyone is always so friendly and make me feel so comfortable. I seriously recommend New Face and laser hair removal to everyone. ”

• “ I went there for a brazilian, and after reading the reviews, expected a clean and comfortable environment and professional staff. Instead I found myself ordered to strip down (while the door was still open). The table had sheets and towels that were stained and obviously used from at least the day before without being washed and I was finished in 12 minutes (I timed it), with disregard to pain and thoroughness. I left there with patches unfinished and feeling like they didn't care how my experience was. The room was warm with harsh lighting, and there was no concern for privacy or relaxation. On the plus side, there was some concern for sanitation, there was no "double dipping" in the wax and the esthetician (not that I saw one license displayed) wore gloves. I will not be returning, even if I have to pay slightly more for better experience ”

• “ I recently went to new face new body (which my mom recommended) and I walked in to a very relaxing atmosphere! I only went to get my eyebrows waxed and they took me in right away, even though I had not made an appointment, and they were very professional. I was very pleased! I went back and got a massage which was awesome!! I definantly felt relaxed which was awesome with my hectic life! It is a family owned buisness and they recently opened a resturant in the same strip mall which I am dying to try!! The staff makes you feel like your at home and they are very nice! I recommend to everyone who is looking for a relaxing evening!! ”

• “ I went to New Face and Body on my birthday to get the facial massage combo. They were professional, nice and they know what they are doing. I felt awesome. I went twice after that for the same service. They give you suggesions on what products to use (they don't carry them, and are very reasonably priced), and advice on how to keep your skin beautiful. I highly reccomend the massage combo which is $60. Their waxing is great also. I recommended it to a friend and she loves it also. She fell asleep while getting her foot massage. It's that soothing. ”

• “ A lot of people don't know this but they actually give $10 off on Vitaplex C if you buy it when you get your eyebrows done. Me and a bunch of my freinds always get $10 off on Vitaplex C here. I don't think anyone else is selling this product for such a low price and I thought I should post a review so that everyone knows. Remember they will not give this rebate unless you ask for it! Great place, great people! ”

• “ OH MY GOD!!! It was Fantastic. I left feeling great, It was by far the best birthday gift I had ever gotten. The women definitely know what theyre doing and they didnt make me feel uncomftrable at all. I thought that I had taken 15 years off and initially I had felt down for turning 40. I have been to spa's and salons all over the world, spent lots of money but surprisingly this spa was of the more reasonably priced and of the better if not, THE BEST. It was definitely the best money my husband ever spent. For a hundred and fifty bucks I got a new face and body literally. I live not too far from the very welcoming spa, but I would drive hours for them. With all that I got with my package, I got a complimentary brazilian wax because they said it would make me feel like a new woman, and boy were they right. I have had bikini wax's before but this was differant than any other wax that I had ever gotten. My husband was just as pleased as I was. Overall I would give them a 10 out of 10. Awesome place, Awesome service, And very friendly staff. ”
